What to expect at Yoga Camp

Ages: 5-12 All Abilities welcome
Yoga camp is an enriching program that focuses on mindfulness and movements.
We focus on the whole child by incorporating elements that every child needs such as stillness, gratitude, empowerment, creativity, flexibility, and education.
Our Yoga Camp creates an environment that allows your child to enhance his/her self-esteem, ignite their inner voice, build confidence, and explore appropriate/healthy ways to express emotions. We will also focus on celebrating the things that makes each of us unique.
Each day we will use unique themes and connect empowering concepts with movement, art and music. In our non-competitive environment, your child will make meaningful friendships and take home techniques related to self-regulation, confidence building, and creative expression.
